From hull to engine

Build a complete seawater intake: each part is chosen to fit the previous one (material, thread, diameters). Choose the material and size of the through-hull: the rest of the kit fills in by itself, and you can then change any part.

  1. 1 Through-hull

    Bronze, stainless steel or brass. Below the waterline in seawater, prefer bronze or stainless steel.

    Brass: economical, but it dezincifies when permanently immersed in seawater. Keep it for protected circuits or plan to replace it; the cart will remind you.
